Gaby's Story
Transformation Review
The person I talked to for the first time by phone was a determined young lady who desperately wanted to find her New Me. Severely restricting her calories Monday through Friday and working out daily should have been enough to drop more unwanted weight, but after losing twenty-five pounds she had seemingly hit a wall.
Being stuck is one thing but working hard and being stuck is another. When the weekend came she was exhausted so partying with friends was a much needed recharge she looked forward to each weekend. On Monday it started all over again. Hearing about me from a friend she was a little skeptical, but with hope in her heart she picked up the phone.
The New Me logo has a sun that stands for new days, fresh starts, and resets. The road stands for our journey. To experience a true transformation the mind must be renewed or made NEW. It’s a process for the Old Me to transform into the New Me, but if one is determined to go through the process and take the journey TRANSFORMATIONS DO COME TRUE! This girl was ready for the NEW ME journey. Tenacious and determined her attitude has always been one that said, “I WILL get there.”
This young lady is 64 pounds lighter now. Someone who saw her the other day called her “tiny.” So I nicknamed her Tiny.
Tiny has made a true transformation. Not only did she hit her goal, she exceeded it, AND she is keeping her hard earned efforts. No longer thinking the way she used to, she is able to live in her NEW ME body, wear clothes she never knew she could fit into, and experiencing life in a whole NEW way. While her mind and body has changed in a dramatic way, so has her social life. She says she is much happier now so she can’t blame people for treating her better since she has lost weight. She is no longer sad and gloomy, but happy, smiley, and fun to be around.
Recently she had two dates set up back to back at the same place. LOL! The more she smiles the more attention she gets.
A true transformation changes minds and bodies and puts smiles on people’s faces and joy in their hearts.
