Transformation Testimony
"My name is Danielle Welch. I am 43 years old, married to my high school sweetheart for 24 years and we have two daughters.
My husband and I have always liked to work out and thought we ate ‘healthy’ but as I got older it became harder for me to lose weight and tone. My husband and I had a vacation planned to the beach and I wanted to feel comfortable in my bikini, I knew what I was doing would not get me the results I wanted. My best friend was training with Mendy Lynn so I decided to contact her as well......Boy am I glad I did!!!!!
During my consultation Mendy and I discussed my specific goals, timeframe and then she put together a customized food plan to fit my goals and body type. On December 8th 2014, my start date, I weighed 148 pounds and had 32% body fat. I knew I was out of shape but I did not realize it was that bad! I knew I had a lot of work to do in order to reach my goal.
My first goal was to lose 10-15 pounds within 12 weeks. Honestly, I did not think that would happen. It’s not that I did not trust Mendy, I did not trust myself to stick with the plan. Well, that goal was reached within 8 weeks and I wanted to keep going. I set another goal, which was reached within another 3 weeks. With 7 weeks remaining till my vacation, I decided to see how fit and healthy I could get so I kept going; April 13th 2015, I weighed in at 121.5 pounds and had 13% body fat.
In a total of 18 weeks I lost 28 pounds and 19% body fat. I was very committed to my food plan and stayed consistent on my work outs and weekly weigh in with Mendy. I would not be where I am today without her!!!!!!!! She made this journey fun, was very encouraging and kept me motivated. I never imagined I would feel and look as good as I do today. I have more confidence than I have ever had and my husband loves that! I love that!
